Orders are delivered within 5 business days for Switzerland and Europe, and within 8 business days for international deliveries.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is free for orders over €600. For orders below this amount, shipping fees will be calculated based on your location.

What should I do if my package is damaged or I receive the wrong product?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order. To help us process your request efficiently, we may ask for photos of the damaged product. A damaged product is defined as having defective packaging, visible defects affecting its quality, or functional issues. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, including applicable shipping costs.
