to advanced skincare with luxurious privileges, tailored experiences, and access to our most coveted products.

How do I join The Club?

Joining The Club is effortless. Simply register on our website and place your first order.
Your membership begins automatically from that moment.

How does The Club work?

You earn points for every purchase and engagement:
1 CHF spent = 1 point earned
In addition to purchases, you can collect bonus points:
+10 points for registering to The Club
+10 points for following us on Instagram
+10 points for subscribing to our newsletter
+50 points when you refer a friend (once they place an order)

How is my annual spend calculated?

Your spend is calculated on a 12-month rolling basis from the date of your registration to The Club
and your first purchase. Your level is updated automatically as you reach the next tier.

Do my points expire?

Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Can I return a product I received as a gift for money?

Products received as part of The Club loyalty rewards
— including birthday gifts or complimentary miniatures
— are not eligible for monetary refunds or exchanges.
These exclusive gifts are curated as a gesture of appreciation and cannot be returned for store credit or cash.

Can I earn and redeem Loyalty Points when shopping Margy’s Monte Carlo through a partner?

No. Loyalty Points can only be earned and redeemed when shopping directly on margys.com.
Purchases made through authorized partners, retailers, or spa locations are not eligible for The Club loyalty benefits.

How do I achieve a tier status?

Your tier status in The Club is based on your total spend on margys.com over a 12-month rolling period. As you accumulate purchases throughout the year, you will automatically be upgraded to the next tier once your annual spend crosses the required threshold:
• From Sublime to Eternal at CHF 3 000
• From Eternal to Royal at CHF 6 000
You can move up more than one tier within a 12-month period. The amount of point you have determines your tier status. Each year, your tier status is re-evaluated. If your spend over the past 12 months falls below the current tier threshold, you will be adjusted to the appropriate level.

How can I track my Loyalty Points balance?

You can view your current Loyalty Points balance at any time by logging into your account on margys.com.
Once logged in, navigate to The Club section in your account dashboard to see your points total, tier status, and available rewards.
